NEW YORK, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- Lawmakers of California, the most populous state in the United States, will convene a special session on Monday to discuss legislation to bolster the state against potential attacks by Donald J. Trump's administration, including a proposed fund of up to 25 million U.S. dollars to underwrite litigation against the federal government, Governor Gavin Newsom said.
